  • 11 side bends
Sideways Across the Field:
  • Skip
  • Backwards – high step
  • Legs up touch hands
  • Backward – fast
  • Lunge ¾ of the way, then sprint the remainder
  • Run ¼ of the way, then sprint the remainder
On the Track:
  • Run ½ lap, do 15 crunches
  • Run ½ lap, do 15 dogs
  • Run ½ lap, do 15 pushups
  • 100 yard sprint
Tuesday June 5

Calisthenics:

  • Stretch
  • 11 Jumping Jacks
  • 11 Push Ups
  • 11 Toe Touches
  • 11 Mountain Climbs
Today's Run:

Post-Run:

  • 25 bent leg set ups on field
Wednesday June 6
Calisthenics: 
  • Stretch
  • 30 seconds Jumping Jacks
  • 30 seconds Push Ups

Today's Run:

  • Jog 100 yards forwards
  • Jog 100 yards backwards
  • High step 50 yards, Jog 50 yards
  • Side shuffle 30 yards, switch directions and shuffle 30 yards, skip 40 yards
  • Sprint 120 yards, straight into 7 narrow, 7 regular, and 7 wide pushups
  • Jog 4 laps, sprinting the last 110 yards of final lap
Thursday June 7
Calisthenics:  
  • Stretch
  • 11 Jumping Jacks
  • 11 toe touch
  • 11 volleyball jumps
  • 11 alt toe touches
  • 11 ½ squats
Run:
  • 2 laps
Calisthenics:
  • 22 push ups
  • 22 crunches
  • 22 dogs
  • 22 leg lifts
  • 11 push ups
  • 11 crunches
  • 11 dogs
  • 11 leg lifts
